Proportional control valve solenoid is widely used in electric solenoid valve proportional control systems, proportional flow valves, proportional directional valves, proportional relief valves, hydraulic cartridge valves, transmission control valves, etc.
The proportional electromagnet is composed of a coil, armature, push rod, etc. When a signal is input to the coil, the magnetic field in the coil produces a force on the armature, and the armature moves continuously in proportion to the magnitude and direction of the signal current in the magnetic field, and then passes through the solid the pins connected together drive the push rod to move, thereby controlling the movement of the slide valve spool. The most widely used proportional electromagnet is the high voltage DC proportional electromagnet.
